Questions we get asked

Why a twelve-month term?
Because nothing down means we build the site before we've been paid for it. The term is what makes that possible. After twelve months it goes month to month, and if you'd rather not commit at all, the one-time option has no term.
What if I cancel early?
There's a $499 buyout, stated in the agreement before you sign anything. No surprises and no chasing.
Who owns the domain?
You do, registered in your name from day one. If you leave, it goes with you. The site itself transfers to you at the end of the term, or immediately on the one-time option.
What counts as a change?
New services, updated hours, a phone number, swapping photos, seasonal work, adding a page. Up to a couple a month, which covers nearly everything. Anything bigger gets quoted before we start, never after.
Is there really nothing else to pay?
Hosting, SSL, and updates are in the monthly. You'll pay your registrar about fifteen dollars a year for the domain because it's in your name. That's the whole list.
