Website redesign
You already have a site. It's slow, it looks like 2013, and you can't edit it without emailing someone. Replacing it shouldn't cost you the rankings you've built.
Rankings are preserved on purpose
The most common way a redesign goes wrong is that URLs change and nobody redirects the old ones. Traffic vanishes and nobody understands why for three months. We map every existing page to its replacement before launch.
Keep what's working
If a page ranks, it stays — same URL, better presentation. There's no reason to throw away something Google already trusts.
The speed difference is the point
Most contractor sites we replace are WordPress installs carrying a decade of plugins. Moving to static files typically takes load times from several seconds to a fraction of one, and that alone changes how many people stay.
